Twelve weeks · 550 recipes · yours to keep

The shot is working. Dinner is the problem.

The problem

Food stopped sounding good. Everyone else still wants dinner at six.

The fridge fills with things nobody eats. You skip lunch because nothing appeals, then eat almost nothing at nine at night. Protein quietly falls off first, because it takes the most effort to eat and it's the easiest thing to skip.

And every plan you find online is written for one person cooking for themselves — which is not your situation, and never has been.

You are not failing at this. You are working from a plan written for a different problem.

What's different here

Two things, and both of them are unusual.

The recipes scale to your household. Set it for however many adults and children you're feeding, and one dinner produces your portion and theirs. Not a special meal eaten alone at the counter — the same pan, portioned differently. Nothing else in this category solves that, and it's the thing people write to me about.

The plan changes as you do. What works in week two doesn't work in week six, because your appetite has moved and a dose change has probably landed. Twelve weeks, one job each, written for what's actually happening at that point rather than a single plan repeated twelve times.

The twelve weeks

One job a week

Nothing later depends on doing an earlier week perfectly. People miss weeks; a plan that punishes that gets abandoned.

1
The protein floor
Get a number, and three ways to hit it when nothing appeals.
2
Water first
The habit almost everything else quietly depends on.
3
Eat by the clock
A schedule replaces the hunger signal that stopped arriving.
4
Your safe list
Name the fifteen foods that reliably sit well, and write them down.
5
When a safe food quits
A dose change often lands here. The swap method, before you need it.
6
One pan, two appetites
Cook one dinner for a table that no longer eats alike.
7
Density over volume
Making half a cup carry its weight.
8
Spread it out
Stop back-loading the day's protein into the meal you can't finish.
9
Plants on a small appetite
Fitting fiber and vegetables into a plate with no spare room.
10
Other people's tables
Restaurants, travel, holidays — where most plans quietly break.
11
The boredom week
Rotation, not variety. This is the week people quit.
12
Steady state
Including what eating looks like if the medication changes.

On video

Twelve short lessons

Around seventy minutes in total. Me, explaining each week and walking through the app. Not a forty-module course you'll never finish.

For the days out

Eating out & travel cards

Twenty-four cards: what to order at twelve kinds of restaurant, plus travel and the occasions that catch people out, plus airports, road trips and holiday tables.

To keep track

Intake & tolerance log

What you ate, how it sat, whether the protein landed. Deliberately not a calorie counter.

This is for you if

  • You're on a GLP-1 and genuinely don't know what to eat any more
  • You cook for other people whose appetites haven't changed
  • You want a plan that adjusts as your appetite does
  • You'd rather have a system than a list of rules

This is not for you if

  • You want medical guidance — this is food, not treatment
  • You want to be told what you can't eat
  • You want a calorie tracker; this deliberately isn't one
  • You're looking for a quick fix rather than twelve weeks of small steps

What people say

Left empty on purpose. One Table hasn't had a cohort yet, so there are no testimonials — and inventing them is a manual action waiting to happen, not a shortcut. This section fills in after the first group finishes.

Questions

The things people ask first

Is this medical advice?

No, and it never pretends to be. One Table is food — recipes, meal planning, grocery lists and general nutrition. It says nothing about your medication, your dose, or whether to stay on it. Those are conversations for your care team.

I'm not on a GLP-1. Will it still work?

Probably, if your appetite is small for another reason — but it's written for people on a GLP-1 and the twelve weeks are shaped around what happens over the first three months on one. If you're managing insulin resistance or PCOS instead, ask me and I'll point you at the right thing.

Do I need to cook?

Less than you'd think. A good part of the program is about the days you can't face cooking at all, and the recipe set is built for a small appetite and a short attention span.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing in a later week depends on doing an earlier one perfectly. Come back to it whenever. It's yours to keep, without an expiry.

What do I actually get, and how?

Instant access after checkout — the recipe app and spreadsheet, the twelve-week workbook, the calculator, the vide

Can I get a refund?

No — this is a digital download and all sales are final, the same as everything else in the shop. What I do promise is this: if a file will not open, you are charged twice, or what you received is not what this page described, email me within 30 days and I will fix it, replace it or refund it. And the free two-week guide is there so you can read a real chunk of the actual program before you spend anything.
