Policies
Short version: the files are yours to use and print for your own home or ministry, I look after your information carefully, and if something’s wrong I’ll fix it. The longer version is below.

Terms of use
What you’re buying. Every product on this site is a digital file — a PDF, an HTML file, or an email course. Nothing physical ships to you.
What you may do. Use the files for your own household, your own family, or your own parish or ministry. Print as many copies as you need for that purpose. Write on them, adapt them for your own use, and keep them forever.
What you may not do. Resell, redistribute, or give away the files. Post them publicly or on a file-sharing site. Use them in a product of your own, or claim them as your own work. Remove the Cursus Brevis branding.
Copyright. All designs, text, and artwork remain the property of Cursus Brevis / Marty Lachat.
No guarantees about outcomes. These are planning tools, not promises. They aren’t medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and they aren’t a substitute for spiritual direction or professional counsel.
Refund policy
Because digital files can’t be returned once they’re downloaded, all sales are final — I don’t offer refunds. That said, I don’t hide behind that sentence. If something is wrong on my end — the file won’t download, won’t open, is missing pages, or a link is broken — email me at marty@cursusbrevis.com and I’ll make it right. If you were charged twice, tell me and I’ll get that corrected.
I answer every email. That part I do guarantee.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Privacy policy
What I collect. Your name and email address when you buy something or join the email list. Payment information is handled entirely by the checkout provider — I never see or store your card details.
Why. To deliver your files, answer your questions, and send occasional emails if you’ve asked for them.
Who else sees it. Only the services that make this shop run: the checkout and delivery provider, the email service, and the website host. They’re each bound by their own privacy terms. I never sell, rent, or trade your information — not ever, not to anyone.
Email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it any time, no hard feelings.
Cookies. This site itself doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. Checkout pages hosted by the payment provider may set their own cookies needed to complete your purchase.
Your rights. Email me to see what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I’ll take care of it promptly.
Children. This shop is intended for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
