Free, genuinely
You don’t need better words. You need a shape to pour them into.
Most of us stall at “Dear God…” and then reach for something that sounds holier than we feel. The Church already solved this — there are five forms of prayer, each with its own shape. Once you know them, writing your own prayer stops being a performance.

Real talk
Nobody ever taught you how to do this
We learn the prayers we were given — and thank God for them. But somewhere along the way most of us picked up the idea that anything we’d write ourselves would be second-rate. So we don’t write anything, and the prayer that would have actually said the true thing never gets prayed.
You’re allowed. This just shows you the shape.
What arrives
Seven pages, and nothing padded
- 1The skeleton. The five moves behind nearly every prayer the priest prays aloud at Mass — and the one move almost everybody skips.
- 2The five forms. Adoration, petition, intercession, thanksgiving, praise. What each is for, how to write it, and a finished prayer you can pray tonight.
- 3A way to choose. A short table matching how you feel to the form that fits it.
- 4Seven rules for the writing itself. Short, blunt, and mostly about cutting words.
- 5A fill-in template. Six blanks. Finish it, don’t edit it, pray it.
Grounded in the Catechism (CCC 2626–2643), written plainly, and it prints beautifully on ordinary paper. Keep it in your Bible.

Questions
Before you sign up
Is it really free?
Really free. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel. You’ll join my email list, and one click at the bottom of any email takes you off it.
Do I have to be Catholic?
No. The five forms come from the Catholic tradition and the guide cites the Catechism, so it’s written in that language. But adoration, petition, intercession, thanksgiving and praise belong to the whole Church, and most of the guide works whatever pew you sit in.
Do I need a tablet or an app?
Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. It’s a PDF — read it on your phone or print it on ordinary paper. It was designed to be printed.
How often will you email me afterward?
A few short notes over the next two weeks, then about once a week. Real letters, occasional new products, never a barrage. Leave whenever you like.
I’m already doing the 5-Day Challenge. Is this different?
Completely. The challenge is about your calendar, your kitchen and your mental load. This one is about prayer, and it’s a single PDF rather than a five-day series. Take both if you want — you won’t get duplicate emails.
Anything else? Ask me directly — a real person reads every note.
